  • Graduate education plays a key role in cultivating high-level innovative talents in China and is an important driving force for national development and social progress. As a profession directly related to public health and safety, doctors demand not only exceptional medical skills but also strong psychological resilience and humanistic care. Clinical professional master's students face enormous academic pressure and psychological challenges in both their professional learning and clinical practice, making early detection and intervention of mental health issues particularly important. Firstly, graduate supervisors play a crucial role in identifying potential psychological issues. By closely monitoring students ' emotional and behavioral changes through regular communication and guidance, they can detect early signs of anxiety and depression, providing timely guidance and assistance. Secondly, as an important force in the daily management and service of students, graduate counselors should establish an effective psychological health monitoring and intervention system. Counselors can enhance students ' awareness of mental health through organizing mental health lectures, workshops, and other activities, while providing professional psychological support for students in need through one-on-one counseling. Finally, as important supporters of students, parents should also participate in the management of students ' mental health. By communicating with mentors and counselors, they can help create a warm and supportive family environment. Through the tripartite collaborative model of mentors, counselors, and parents, a comprehensive mental health support network can be formed. This model can not only detect and intervene in the psychological problems, but also provide more accurate and effective psychological counseling for students, effectively resolve their psychological crises, and help students successfully complete their studies and transit into their professional careers in a mentally healthy manner.
