Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine invigorating spleen and massage combined with massage for the treatment of anorexia of children with weak spleen and stomach, and to study the effect on gastrointestinal hormones.
Methods A total of 92 cases of asthenia of spleen and stomach treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were divided into two groups according to the treatments, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with massage, while the observation group was treated with Jianpi plaster combined with massage. The scores of two groups of disease related symptoms, motilin, somatostatin, 5-serotonin, changes in saliva amylase level, blood zinc, blood calcium content, adverse reaction and clinical therapeutic effect were observed.
Results The total effective rate, motilin, somatostatin, 5-serotonin, salivary amylase, blood Zn
2+ and blood Ca
2+ in the observation group were better than those in the control group (
P<0.05). The scores of the clinical symptoms including loss of appetite, the abdominal discomfort, the decrease of food, the reacid, and the nausea and vomiting of the observation group were superior to those in the control group (
P<0.05) after the treatment. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (
P>0.05).
Conclusion The treatment of anorexia in children with weak spleen and stomach with Chinese medicine Jianpi sticking combined with massage can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of disease related loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, reduced appetite, antiemesis, nausea and vomiting, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal hormones such as motilin, somatostatin and 5-HT in patients with disease. It can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and improve the appetite of patients, and it is convenient to implement, and the compliance of patients is better, which is helpful for the prognosis of patients.
