Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of nosocomial infection control in preventing pathologic myopia nosocomial infection after posterior sclera reinforcement.
Methods We selected 126 cases of pathologic myopia patients who need to take posterior sclera reinforcement.Patients were divided into control group (January to June,2015,65 cases) and observation group (September,2015 to February,2016,61 cases),according to the time in hospital.Control group accepted general nursing,while observation group accepted nosocomial infection control nursing on the basis of general nursing.We observed the infection and nursing complaint of two groups.Before discharge,we used Newcastle scale to survey patients'nursing satisfaction and adopted SPSS 19.0 to analyze statistical data,
P<0.05 indicating statistical significance.
Results There was 1 case of postoperative infection and 1 case of nursing complaint in observation group.here were 7 cases of postoperative infection and 8 cases of nursing complaint in control group.Postoperative infection rate and complaint rate in the observation group were obviously less than those in control group,and the difference had statistical significance (χ
2=5.055/3.911,
P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 72.8±2.1,and control group was 67.2±3.3.Observation was obviously higher than control group,and the difference had statistical significance (
t'=11.435,
P<0.05).
Conclusion After taken nosocomial infection control nursing,the nosocomial infection rate and nursing complaint were reducing,and nursing satisfaction was improving.
