Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of team work management mode on nursing care of patients with renal carcinoma after operation and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
Methods Ninety-two cases of renal carcinoma treated in our hospital were selected from December,2013 to December,2014,and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the simple random sampling. Two groups of patients discharged after the implementation of the continuation of regular nursing, including the community referral and follow-up 4-5 weeks postoperative follow-up CT/MRI,outpatient visits, seminars etc.Experimental group based on this implemented team work management mode on nursing care, mainly including:psychological consulting group, peer volunteer groups, six groups of collaborative care;measurement scale by the world health organization quality of life (WHOQOL-100) was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients when discharged and 6 months after discharge, thus to compare the intervention effect.
Results The survival quality score of patients after six months'of discharge in the experimental group and the control group was 41.22±3.87,71.17±3.82 respectively;experimental group is higher than that of the control group, and the data difference has statistical significance (
P<0.05);experimental group and the control group of SAS/SDS score respectively 27.78±3.67,28.28±4.73,58.48±4.39,56.28±4.73;experimental group scores were lower than the control group and the differences were statistically significant (
P<0.05).
Conclusion The team work management mode can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the negative emotions of patients.Postoperative care effect is significant, and has important clinical values.
