Abstract: With the development of cloud technology,cloud computing,Internet of things and big data,every kind of cloud hospitals and online hospitals spring up,to meet the demand of the masses as a breakthrough and integrate regional health resources,causing a big shock to traditional hospitals in all aspects.This paper focus on the basis of knowing operations of current cloud hospitals in Ningbo,makes a systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages in the interior cloud hospitals,plus the opportunities and threats of the exterior conditions,insight into the deep problem of the ownership,the advantages of developing Ningbo cloud hospital include amplifying medical resources,reducing Health care costs,optimizing medical procedures,advancing tiered medical treatment,improving grass-roots level,promoting self-management,and perfecting doctor-patient relationship;the disadvantages include that health insurance payments have not yet been realized,the medical information is only partly shared,there is no legislation on online practice,pharmaceutical machinery management is not standardized,and health check Results cannot be mutually recognized;Opportunities refer to the government's support in policy,changes in aging and disease history,the foundation of medical and health information,the rapid development of Internet technology,people's increasing attention to health.Threats consist of the influence of traditional ideas,the lack of government supervision,the competition in the medical market,the risk of revealing data,the adjustment of revenue pattern.The SWOT analysis model shows how to maintain sustainable development of the very first cloud hospital.These instructions include sticking to demands in order to deepen the service function of cloud hospital,perfecting policy security to standardize this industry,rebuilding medical ecology to form a team of cloud hospitals with shared profits,strengthening supervision of this industry to promote the brand construction of cloud hospital.
