Abstract:
Objective To survey the health condition of perimenopausal women in community and its related factors,and provide the basis for the health care of perimenopausal women in community.
Methods The cluster sampling and questionnaires were employed to survey the health condition of perimenopausal women in Jingan District between March 2013 and February 2015.The multivariate linear regression analysis was used in the analysis of healthrelated factors.
Results Among the 1518investigated patients,the average age of menopause was (50.45±3.34) years old.The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome was 15.3%(233 cases).Hot flushes and sweating(64.7%),fatigued(55.8%) and sexual dysfunction(48.81%) were the most common symptoms of themenopausal transition period.The top three of chronic diseasesin turn were cervical spondylosis(11.53%),mammary gland hyperplasia(8.37%) and vaginitis (7.97%).The age was not the significant factor of the Kupperman value for perimenopausal syndrome(
t=-0.009,
P=0.992).The age of menopause(
t=7.083,
P<0.001),depression scale(
t=2.016,
P=0.044) and anxiety scale(
t=8.429,
P<0.001)were significant positive for the Kupperman value.
Conclusion s The pausimenia age,depression and anxiety scale are associated to the higher Kupperman value,which reveal a severeperimenopausal syndrome.The health care for perimenopausal womenneeds urgently to be strengthened;and the menopause health care network managementrelying on the community is surely an effective approach.
