Abstract: Objective Observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway and routine nursing in fiber bronchoscope. Methods Selected 120 cases of patients who adopted fiber bronchoscope.Divided them into control group(from July to December 2014) and observation group(from January to June 2015) according to check time, each group 60 cases.Control group adopted routine nursing and observation group adopted clinical nursing pathway.Before and after nursing,used Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) evaluate the anxiety situation of two groups.Used Newcastle Patients Satisfaction of Nursing Service(NSNS) research nursing satisfaction.Used SPSS 19.0 analyze observation data.Observed and compared SAS and satisfaction score of two groups. Results Before nursing,the SAS of observation group was 46.72±11.34,control group was 46.63±10.15.There was no obvious difference between two groups in SAS aspect(t=0.046,P＞0.05).After nursing,the SAS of observation group was 40.01±7.11,control group was 45.37±8.01,the difference was significantly (t=3.876,P＜0.05).Compared with pre-nursing,the SAS of observation group reduced obviously(t=3.883,P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in control group(t=0.755,P＞0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 73.91±1.28,and control group was 68.28±3.35,observation group was obviously higher than control group(t=12.160,P＜0.05).There were 5 cases of blood-stained sputum or few hemoptysis in control group and 3 cases in observation group.They all didn’t adopted special handling,the symptom was disappear in a short time.There was no other serious complication. Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway in fiber bronchoscope is good,it deserves to be used widely.But in consideration of some hospitals are understaffed,so it should be decided combine with hospital practical situation.
