Abstract:
Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect and prognosis of oxazepam combined with Deanxit (Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets) on the post-stroke depression.
Methods Total 98 inpatients from October,2012 to January,2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group. On the basis of routine psychological and drug treatment, the patients in the control group received Deanxit while the observation group received oxazepam combined with Deanxit for 4 weeks, then the curative effect, adverse reaction rate,HAMD17 scale score, clinical neurological function defect(NDS) score,Barthel index(BI) score before and after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were compared.
Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than that in the control group(81.6%),the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(20.4% vs. 18.4%),
P>0.05.After 4 weeks treatment, the HAMD scale score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.8±2.8 vs. 17.6±3.2),it was statistically significant(
P<0.05);NDS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(6.8±2.4 vs. 10.7±3.5),it was statistically significant(
P<0.05);the BI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.9±14.4 vs. 61.3±14.2),it was statistically significant(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Oxazepam combined with Deanxit for the post-stroke depression is remarkably stable, has low side effect, less complications and can significantly reduce the clinical neural function defect and improve the ability of living,it is worth spreading in clinical practice.
