Abstract: Objective To investigate the type of anemia in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and related factors. Methods From December，2014 to January，2012,3 years,has a clear diagnosis and in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients,in the early morning fasting state,the extraction of a certain amount of upper arm blood,laboratory test for related indicators.Statistical analysis of the obtained data. Results Twenty-seven cases of chronic disease anemia(ADC) accounted for 47.37%(27/57),20 cases of iron deficiency anemia(IDA),35.09%(20/57),10 cases(MA),17.54%(10/57).There were significant differences in gender distribution(P＜0.05),and the incidence of anemia in women was higher than that in male.Patients with anemia of chronic disease compared with patients without anemia group,prednisone dosage increased significantly(P＜0.01),the other two groups had no significant difference.Other factors,megaloblastic anemia patients and patients without anemia group,age was significantly increased(P＜0.05);group of patients with anemia of chronic disease compared with patients without anemia group,disease activity,ESR,C reactive protein were significantly increased(P＜0.05). Conclusion The type of rheumatoid arthritis patients with anemia of inflammation is the main chronic diseases anemia and iron deficiency anemia,and long-term oral drugs, rheumatoid arthritis disease activity,ESR,C reactive protein,rheumatoid joint inflammation in patients with anemia also need vigilance and prevention of cachexia,increase nutrition through diet intake of protein,vitamins and minerals,to prevent and avoid anemia can play an important role.
