Clinical effects of personalized orthopedic bone plates in the treatment of tibia complex fractures

摘要: 目的 探讨个体化接骨板治疗胫骨多段复杂骨折的临床效果,为临床治疗提供一定的参考。 方法 将2010年3月—2014年3月慈溪市人民医院收治的64例胫骨多段复杂骨折患者随机分为2组,其中研究组30例,采用数字化骨科内固定技术制造的个体化接骨板进行治疗,对照组34例,采用传统的固定技术进行治疗。经过一段时间的治疗后,观察与对比2组的临床治疗效果。 结果 经过观察发现,研究组的平均出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及骨折愈合时间等,都明显优于对照组。2组患者对比,差异有统计学意义(t=7.731,8.257,8.965,7.665,P均<0.05)。研究组的总有效率为91.1%,对照组的总有效率为100%,可见数字化骨科内固定技术制造的个体化接骨板治疗效果更好,2组患者对比,差异具有统计学意义(u=8.765,P<0.05)。 结论 在对胫骨多段复杂骨折的患者进行治时,采用个体化接骨板进行治疗,效果较为显著,且并发症较少,患者恢复时间短,值得在临床中推广。Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of personalized orthopedic bone plates in the treatment of complex fractures of tibia and provide reference for the clinical treatment. Methods A total of 64 cases ofmulti-part complex fractures of tibiabetween March 2010 and March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The study group(30 patients) received the internal fixation with the custom personalized plates made by computer digital technology,while the control group(34 patients) received the traditional fixation.After the treatment,the clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The assessment for the average amount of bleeding,operation time,hospitalization time and healing times in the study group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(t=7.731,8.257,8.965,7.665,all P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was 91.1% and in the control group was 100%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (u=8.765,P<0.05),which revealed that the custom personalized plates made by computer digital technology could achieve better therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion The custom personalized plates are appropriate for the multi-part complex fractures of tibia with a better effect and less complications.The patients can recover in a short period.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical.
