Abstract:
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Docetaxel combined Nedaplatin synchronous with intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy on patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma,to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
Methods From June 2011 to June 2014,42 cases of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were selected,and divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table (21 cases in each group).There were 14 males and 7 females in control group, mean age of (52.77±6.11)years,15 males and 6 females in observation group,mean age of (53.15±5.47) years.The control group used 5-FU and docetaxel Synchronous stressed conformal radiation therapy,the observation group used nedaplatin docetaxel Synchronous stressed conformal radiation therapy,the recent remission rate after treatment,toxicity,nose pharynx gross tumor volume reduction rate were compared.
Results In observation group,complete remission rate71.43% was better than the control group (66.67%),but difference was not statistically significant(χ
2=0.922,
P=0.185);in observation group before and after chemotherapy nasopharyngeal gross tumor target volume respectively were (49.21±6.15)cm
3,(36.14±5.07)cm
3,volume reduction was 26.56%,no statistically significant difference(
P>0.05);in observation group nausea or vomiting,neutropenia,loss of appetite,bloating Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree incidence were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Docetaxel combined Nedaplatin synchronous with intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy has significant effect on locally advanced nasopharyngeal with little side effects,be worthy of clinical application.
