Advances in the use of imaging techniques in the screening and evaluation of psoriasis co-morbidities

  • 摘要: 银屑病是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病,全球发病率为1%~3%,我国的发病率约占0.47%,与之相关的共病包括银屑病关节炎、代谢综合征、非酒精性脂肪肝、葡萄膜炎、慢性肾病等。银屑病共病不仅影响银屑病患者的生活质量,同时还决定着患者的治疗措施;不同类型的银屑病共病患者使用生物制剂后,药物疗效产生了个体化的差异,因此早期筛查银屑病共病,对优化银屑病治疗有重要意义。近年来随着影像学技术快速发展,出现了许多新型的影像学检查,比如血管内超声(IVUS)、肌肉骨骼超声(MSUS)、荧光光学成像(FOI)和光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)等,这些影像学技术的出现,使得人们对人体信息的收集和处理更加敏感和特异,由于大部分影像检查具有非侵入性和简便性的特点,使影像学技术成为筛查与评估银屑病共病的有力工具。通过影像学技术评估关节、心血管、眼睛、肝脏等器官受累情况,可以提高银屑病共病早期诊断的准确性,为疾病活动及预后评估提供重要依据。因此在临床诊疗工作中,应该注重应用相关影像学检查措施,早期筛查、评估银屑病共病,从而能更好地辅助银屑病患者的诊治。在相关的前沿研究中,银屑病关节炎、心血管疾病和银屑病眼部损害方面的研究较多,本文就这些热点方面进行综述。
