Correlation between serum BDNF, mRNAs levels and pleasurable experience in young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia

  • 摘要:   目的  分析中青年精神分裂症患者血清中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、微小核糖核苷酸-21(miRNA-21)及微小核糖核苷酸-181b(miRNA-181b)水平与愉快体验的相关性,为探讨精神分裂症情感障碍的神经生物学机制提供依据。  方法  选取2022年4月—2024年6月绍兴市第七人民医院收治的急性期中青年精神分裂症患者62例为病例组,同期健康体检人群57例为对照组。比较2组时间性愉快体验量表(TEPS)评分以及血清BDNF、miRNA-21、miRNA-181b水平,评估病例组TEPS评分与上述因子的相关性。  结果  病例组期待性愉快体验评分(TEPS-A)为(35.65±5.37)分,显著低于对照组[(41.35±4.49)分];病例组消费性愉快体验评分(TEPS-C)为29.00(25.00,33.00)分,显著低于对照组[36.00(34.00,38.50)分]。病例组血清BDNF、miRNA-181b显著低于对照组;血清miRNA-21为7.95(7.46,8.43),显著高于对照组[0.73(0.52,0.86)]。Spearman相关分析结果显示,TEPS-A评分与血清BDNF(rs=0.782)、miRNA-181b(rs=0.649)水平呈正相关关系,与miRNA-21(rs=-0.755)呈负相关关系;TEPS-C评分与血清BDNF(rs=0.789)、miRNA-181b(rs=0.715)水平呈正相关关系,与miRNA-21(rs=-0.671)呈负相关关系。  结论  中青年精神分裂症患者血清BDNF、mRNAs水平与愉快体验相关,可量化预估愉快体验缺失程度。
