Application of integrated theory of health behavior change combined with promotion strategy in the health management of patients with hyperuricemia

  • 摘要:   目的   分析健康行为改变整合理论联合助推策略对高尿酸血症患者血尿酸、糖脂代谢水平、自我管理能力及生活方式的影响,为高尿酸血症患者健康管理提供理论依据。   方法   选取2021年5月—2023年4月在绍兴文理学院附属医院健康体检发现的156例高尿酸血症患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(78例)和观察组(78例)。对照组患者应用常规健康管理,观察组在对照组基础上应用健康行为改变整合理论联合助推策略干预方法。比较2组患者干预前后血尿酸水平、糖脂代谢指标、慢性病自我管理问卷(CDSMQ)及健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-ⅡR)得分差异。   结果   干预后,观察组患者血尿酸(UA)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及空腹血糖(FBG)均低于对照组,且高密度脂蛋白(HDL)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CDSMQ量表及HPLP-ⅡR量表总分分别为(28.15±2.33)分、(133.41±10.85)分,均高于对照组[(22.51±3.79)分、(99.67±8.58)分,P<0.05]。   结论   健康行为改变整合理论联合助推策略能有效改善高尿酸血症患者尿酸、血脂、血糖水平,提高患者自我管理能力,改善其生活方式,值得临床应用。
