Study on sleep health of convalescent population based on intelligent senseless sleep monitoring system

  • 摘要:   目的  应用智能无感睡眠监测技术对养老院中康养人群的睡眠结构及主要睡眠障碍进行分析。  方法  选择2021年8—12月于开滦荆各庄医养中心及开滦范各庄养老中心入住的志愿者共51例,应用智能床垫式睡眠状态监测平台系统(IMSMPS,SC-500型)进行夜间时段(17:00—06:00)睡眠状态的连续监测,分析连续监测7 d的数据。  结果  此人群7 d中第1天与第7天的浅睡眠期[(337.96±66.87)min vs. (318.18±74.05)min]与最大心率[79(76,83)次/min vs. 78(76, 81)次/min]差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其余各项睡眠监测指标差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。睡眠持续性在良好和尚可与不良三者之间波动者占23.53%(12/51),入睡情况在良好和尚可与不良三者之间波动者占39.22%(20/51),睡眠效率在良好和尚可与不良三者之间波动者仅占7.84%(4/51)。  结论  此类康养人群每天的睡眠状态具有较大的波动性,而且睡眠障碍的发病率很高,仅依据单次睡眠监测结果不足以排除睡眠障碍的诊断。
