Application of 3D printing technology in nursing practice teaching in neurosurgery

目的 在神经外科护理实习中,利用3D打印技术对护理学生进行临床实习带教,以期探究该教学方法在护理实习中的带教效果,为该技术在医学教学中的应用打下一定的基础。 方法 选取2021年1月—2022年10月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经外科实习的护理本科生116人。采用随机数字法将学员随机分为实验组(3D技术教学组)和对照组(传统教学组),每组各58人。对所有学生均采用随堂提问测验、实践操作考试、出科理论测验以及学生问卷等方式进行考核,并统计分析其测验成绩及问卷结果。 结果 实验组学生成绩[随堂测验(93.2±4.7)分、实践操作(89.6±4.6)分、理论考试(91.5±4.9)分、综合平均考试成绩(91.4±4.7)分]均高于对照组[(84.5±4.9)分、(80.5±4.7)分、(83.8±5.2)分、(82.9±4.9)分,均P<.001]。实验组在教学吸引力、学习主观能动性、知识理解力、理论知识掌握度、技能操作水平、发散思维、教学满意度等问卷项目的评分[(9.2±0.7)分、(8.4±1.2)分、(9.3±0.7)分、(8.9±0.9)分、(9.2±0.8)分、(9.2±0.7)分、(9.4±0.5)分]均高于对照组[(6.8±0.9)分、(6.8±0.6)分、(8.3±0.9)分、(7.2±0.9)分、(7.2±0.8)分、(8.2±0.4)分、(7.8±1.1)分,均P<0.001]。 结论 在神经外科护理实习教学中,3D技术可显著提高教学效率和学生实习效果,且学员对其整体教学评价较高,这为神经外科护理教学提供了新的方向。 Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of 3D printing technology in nursing practice teaching in neurosurgery, and lay a certain foundation for the application of this technology in medical teaching. Methods A total of 116 undergraduate nursing interns were selected for practice in Neurosurgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2021 to October 2022. They were randomly divided into experimental group (3D technology teaching group) and control group (traditional teaching group) according to random number method, with 58 in each group. All the students were evaluated by quizzing in class, practical test, theory test and questionnaire, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of the experimental group [class test (93.2±4.7) points, practical operation (89.6±4.6) points, theory test (91.5±4.9) points, comprehensive average test score (91.4±4.7) points] were higher than those of the control group [(84.5±4.9) points, (80.5±4.7) points, (83.8±5.2) points, (82.9±4.9) points, all P<0.001]. The questionnaire results included, the experimental group scored [(9.2±0.7) points, (8.4±1.2) points, (9.3±0.7) points, (8.9±0.9) points, (9.2±0.8) points, (9.2±0.7) points, (9.4±0.5) points in teaching attraction, learning subjective initiative, knowledge understanding, theoretical knowledge mastery, skill operation level, divergent thinking, teaching satisfaction and other items] were higher than the control group [(6.8±0.9) points, (6.8±0.6) points, (8.3±0.9) points, (7.2±0.9) points, (7.2±0.8) points, (8.2±0.4) points, (7.8±1.1) points, all P<0.001]. Conclusion In neurosurgery nursing practice teaching, 3D technology can significantly improve the teaching efficiency and practice effect of students, and students have a high evaluation of its overall teaching, which provides a new direction for neurosurgery nursing teaching. -
