Efficacy and safety of lupatadine combined with LED-LLLT yellow light in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis

摘要

摘要: 目的目前面部激素依赖性皮炎的治疗效果有限且短期复发率高，本研究探讨卢帕他定联合LED黄光治疗的疗效及安全性，以期寻找有效、安全的治疗方法。方法选取2018年10月—2021年9月于淮北矿工总医院治疗的96例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者，根据随机数字表将患者分为研究组与对照组，每组各48例。对照组给予LED-LLLT黄光照射15 min/次，隔天1次；研究组在黄光治疗基础上联合卢帕他定片10 mg，1次/d；疗程均为4周。治疗结束后比较2组治疗总有效率、主观症状及客观症状改善情况、皮肤病生活质量、不良反应及1个月后的复发率等。结果治疗4周后，研究组面部激素依赖性皮炎患者的治疗总有效率为87.23%(41/47)，明显高于对照组的67.39%(31/46, P=0.022)；研究组主客观症状总积分[7.0(4.0, 10.0)分]低于对照组[9.5(6.0, 14.0)分, Z=-2.751，P=0.006]；研究组DLQI总评分[(8.00±1.96)分]低于对照组[(9.89±2.18)分，P＜0.001]；2组总不良反应发生率分别为10.64%(5/47)、8.70%(4/46)，差异无统计学意义(P=0.751)；治疗结束后1个月，研究组复发率为7.32%(3/41)，低于对照组的25.81%(8/31, P=0.031)。结论卢帕他定联合LED黄光治疗较单独LED黄光治疗可提高治疗效果，降低短期复发率，且具有良好的安全性。

Abstract: Objective The treatment effect of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis is limited and the short-term recurrence rate is high. This study discussed the efficacy and safety of lupatadine combined with LED yellow light treatment in order to find an effective and safe treatment method. Methods A total of 96 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis treated in Huaibei Miners General Hospital from October 2018 to September 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was irradiated with LED-LLLT yellow light 15 min/time, once every other day, and the study group was combined with lupatadine tablets 10 mg once a day on the basis of yellow light therapy. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. After treatment, the total effective rate, improvement of subjective and objective symptoms, quality of life of skin diseases, adverse reactions and recurrence rate 1 month later were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 87.23%(41/47), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (31/46, 67.39%, P=0.022). The total score of subjective and objective symptoms in the study group [7.0(4.0, 10.0) points] was lower than that in the control group [9.5(6.0, 14.0) points, Z=-2.751, P=0.006]. The total DLQI score of study group [(8.00±1.96) points] was lower than that of control group [(9.89±2.18) points, P < 0.001]. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 10.64% (5/47) and 8.70%(4/46), respectively, with no significant difference (P=0.751). The recurrence rate of the study group was 7.32%(3/41), which was lower than that of the control group (25.81%, 8/31) one month after treatment (P=0.031). Conclusion Lupatadine combined with LED yellow light treatment can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the short-term recurrence rate, and has good safety.
