Effect of Jieyu Qingxin Anshen Decoction on adverse emotion and quality of life scale score in patients with depression

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨解郁清心安神汤治疗抑郁症的效果及对患者不良情绪产生、生活质量评分表(QOL)评分的影响。  方法  将2019年10月—2021年10月于河南省周口市第六人民医院精神科收集的120例抑郁症患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,每组各60例;常规组患者口服盐酸文拉法辛缓释片,研究组患者在常规组基础上联合解郁清心安神汤治疗。治疗2个月后,对比2组患者的临床疗效、下丘脑-肾上腺-垂体轴(HPA)轴调节激素水平、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与尿酸(UA)水平、不良情绪、生活质量及不良反应的发生情况。  结果  与常规组比较,研究组患者治疗后的总有效率(91.67% vs.78.33%)明显升高,而不良反应发生率(3.33% vs.13.33%)和不良反应量表(TESS)评分[(2.57±1.42)分vs.(4.78±1.47)分]均明显降低(均P < 0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者血清皮质醇(COR)、肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、hs-CRP水平和17项版本汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均明显降低,而血清BDNF、UA水平和QOL评分均明显升高(均P < 0.05),且研究组中上述指标的变化均明显优于常规组(均P < 0.05)。  结论  解郁清心安神汤可改善抑郁症患者不良情绪和生活质量,治疗效果显著,且安全性高。
