Effect of Jieyu Qingxin Anshen Decoction on adverse emotion and quality of life scale score in patients with depression

摘要

摘要: 目的探讨解郁清心安神汤治疗抑郁症的效果及对患者不良情绪产生、生活质量评分表(QOL)评分的影响。方法将2019年10月—2021年10月于河南省周口市第六人民医院精神科收集的120例抑郁症患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组，每组各60例；常规组患者口服盐酸文拉法辛缓释片，研究组患者在常规组基础上联合解郁清心安神汤治疗。治疗2个月后，对比2组患者的临床疗效、下丘脑-肾上腺-垂体轴(HPA)轴调节激素水平、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与尿酸(UA)水平、不良情绪、生活质量及不良反应的发生情况。结果与常规组比较，研究组患者治疗后的总有效率(91.67% vs.78.33%)明显升高，而不良反应发生率(3.33% vs.13.33%)和不良反应量表(TESS)评分[(2.57±1.42)分vs.(4.78±1.47)分]均明显降低(均P < 0.05)；与治疗前相比，治疗后2组患者血清皮质醇(COR)、肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、hs-CRP水平和17项版本汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均明显降低，而血清BDNF、UA水平和QOL评分均明显升高(均P < 0.05)，且研究组中上述指标的变化均明显优于常规组(均P < 0.05)。结论解郁清心安神汤可改善抑郁症患者不良情绪和生活质量，治疗效果显著，且安全性高。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of Jieyu Qingxin Anshen Decoction in the treatment of depression and its effect on the generation of adverse emotion and the score of quality of life scale (QOL). Methods A total of 120 patients with depression collected in the Psychiatric Department of the Sixth People ' s Hospital of Zhoukou City, Henan Province from October 2019 to October 2021 were divided into regular group and study group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the regular group were treated with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, and the patients in the study group were treated with Jieyu Qingxin Anshen Decoction on the basis of the regular group. After 2 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, the level of regulating hormone of thalamus adrenal pituitary axis (HPA) axis, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and uric acid (UA), adverse emotion, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the regular group, the total effective rate (91.67% vs. 78.33%) in the study group was significantly higher, while the incidence of adverse reactions (3.33% vs. 13.33%) and adverse reaction symptoms scale (TESS) score [(2.57±1.42) points vs. (4.78±1.47) points] were significantly lower (all P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum cortisol (COR), adrenocortical hormones (ACTH), hs-CRP, 17-item Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-17) score and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, while the levels of serum BDNF, UA and QOL score increased significantly (all P < 0.05), and the change range of the above indexes in the study group were significantly greater than that in the regular group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Jieyu Qingxin Anshen Decoction can improve the adverse emotion and quality of life of patients with depression, with significant therapeutic effect and high safety.
