Application value of bicycle exercise therapy and gabapentin in the treatment of haemodialysis patients with restless legs syndrome

目的 分析脚踏车运动疗法与加巴喷丁治疗血液透析伴不宁腿综合征(restless legs syndrome,RLS)患者的效果及对睡眠质量、生活质量的影响。 方法 将宁波市北仑区人民医院2018年12月—2020年6月间收治的60例行血液透析合并RLS患者按随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例;对照组采用加巴喷丁治疗,观察组采用脚踏车运动疗法与加巴喷丁治疗;治疗前和治疗12周后对患者的病情严重程度、睡眠质量和生活质量进行调查。 结果 治疗后观察组患者国际下肢不宁腿综合征等级评估量表(IRLS)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分明显低于对照组[(7.03±1.83)分vs.(13.64±2.11)分,(4.12±1.11)分vs.(5.99±0.94)分,(7.03±0.75)分vs.(9.13±0.88)分],且差异有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);治疗后观察组患者健康调查量表(SF-36)心理维度评分和SF-36生理维度评分明显高于对照组[(78.12±6.22)分vs.(70.04±5.33)分,(79.98±7.48)分vs.(69.82±6.32)分],且差异有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。 结论 采用脚踏车运动疗法与加巴喷丁联合应用可显著改善血液透析伴RLS患者的病情严重程度,提高患者睡眠质量和生活质量。 Abstract:Objective To analyse the effects of cycling exercise therapy and gabapentin in the treatment of haemodialysis patients with restless legs syndrome (RLS), and determine their effects on sleep quality and quality of life. Methods Sixty haemodialysis patients with RLS admitted in People's Hospital of Beilun District from December 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The control group was treated with gabapentin, and the observation group was treated with bicycle exercise therapy and gabapentin. The clinical efficacy, sleep quality and quality of life were investigated before and after 12 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the IRLS scale score, AIS scale score and PSQI scale score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group [(7.03±1.83) points vs. (13.64±2.11) points, (4.12±1.11) points vs. (5.99±0.94) points, (7.03±0.75) points vs. (9.13±0.88) points, respectively], and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). After treatment, SF-36 psychological dimension scores and SF-36 physiological dimension scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(78.12±6.22) points vs. (70.04±5.33) points, (79.98±7.48) points vs. (69.82±6.32) points, respectively], and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined application of bicycle exercise therapy and gabapentin can significantly improve the efficacy of haemodialysis patients with RLS, as well as improve the quality of sleep and quality of life. -
