Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive guided nursing on nursing quality of breast cancer radiotherapy patients.
Methods Total 150 cases of patients with breast cancer treated by radiotherapy were selected in our hospital from April 2015 April 2017. The patients were divided into the routine nursing and comprehensive guide nursing groups with digital method of random. The skin damage symptom score, mental state (using self-rating anxiety scale, SAS; self-rating depression scale, SDS), and life quality (using health status survey summary table, SF-36) on the patients in two groups were compared before and after intervention. Finally, the nursing satisfaction on the patients in two groups was calculated.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in the skin injury degree symptom scores between the two groups before the nursing intervention (all
P>0.05), and the skin injury degree symptom score of the comprehensive guidance nursing group after the nursing intervention was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group (all
P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the comprehensive guidance nursing group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group after nursing (all
P<0.05). The quality of life scores of patients in both groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the quality of life scores of patients in the comprehensive guidance nursing group after nursing intervention were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group (
P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of patients in the comprehensive guidance nursing group was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group (
P<0.05).
Conclusion Comprehensive guidance nursing can reduce the degree of skin damage of breast cancer patients after radiotherapy, improve their psychological state and quality of life, and improve their nursing satisfaction.
