Visual analysis of the research hotspots and the development trends at home and abroad related to patient-centered health care in general practice

  • 摘要:   目的  对全科医学(GP)中以人为中心健康照顾(PCC)进行动态和纵向的文献计量学分析, 以探究全科医学中以人为中心健康照顾(PCC)相关研究热点与国内外发展趋势。  方法  在Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC)数据库中检索2013-2023年关于"GP中PCC "的相关文献和综述。使用可视化文献计量分析软件Excel、VOSviewer和CiteSpace分析。  结果  本次检索共纳入来自102个国家发表在733种期刊上的2 126篇研究。基于国家和地区分析, 欧美国家和中国是该研究领域的贡献主力军。基于期刊和关键词分析, 过去10年该研究领域以初级卫生保健的健康问题为研究重点, 与心脑血管疾病和糖尿病、公共卫生和精神心理疾病、老年医学和慢性病以及肿瘤学等领域存在着紧密联系和广泛交叉。" GP中PCC "的研究主题包括初级卫生保健中的PCC及质量评价、医患沟通及共同决策、癌症照顾及生命质量, 以及疾病患病率、疾病管理和疾病结局。在新时期背景下, " GP中PCC "与国家卫生政策的制定和改革密切相关, " GP中PCC"的概念和具体实施办法被不断地健全和推进。  结论  本分析提供了过去10年在全科医学领域中PCC相关研究的较全面概述, 为临床医生提供实践指导, 为研究人员和卫生保健政策制定者提供该领域的循证证据和科学参考。在未来, 将鼓励医疗卫生体系根据国情, 构建具有多元化和普适性的全科医学PCC模型, 更好地为医疗体系服务, 改善国民健康。
