Application of formative assessment in teaching ward rounds of standardized training for general practice residents

  • 摘要:   目的  全科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)是培养优秀全科医生的重要途径, 规范的教学查房能很好地提高教学质量及学习效果, 形成性评价作为一种有效的教学评价方法, 不仅能帮助教师及时了解学生的学习状况, 还能促进教学质量的提高。本文旨在探索形成性评价在全科住培教学查房中的应用价值。  方法  选取2022年1月-2023年6月在新乡医学院第一附属医院全科医学科轮转的全科住培学员为研究对象, 利用问卷星平台开展形成性评价, 并收集形成性评价前后学员对教学查房的满意度; 同时, 收集医院住培中心对带教老师的督导评分情况; 对比分析形成性评价在教学查房中的应用价值。  结果  共有573名住培学员及3名带教教师参与了本项研究; 完成形成性评价后的学员满意度为(4.49±0.61)分, 显著高于形成性评价前[(4.09±0.79)分, t=5.082, P < 0.001];从3位带教老师督导评分表细则可以看出, 得分均呈上升趋势, 特别是在针对全科的慢病管理、双向转诊、课程思政、专业英语应用等方面进步明显, 整体上提高了全科基地师资带教能力。  结论  形成性评价在全科住培中的优势突出, 不但可以提高参与住培学员的满意度, 促进自学能力的提高, 激发学习兴趣, 同时可以提高教师带教质量。另外以问卷星为载体的形成性评价方法在应用过程中方便快捷该评价方法在全科住培教学查房中具有一定的优势和可行性。
