Multiple eosinophilic granuloma of thoracic vertebrae in an elderly patient

  • 摘要: 本文报道1例罕见的老年胸椎多发骨嗜酸性肉芽肿(eosinophilic granuloma, EG)病例。患者男性,66岁,因“腰背疼痛伴乏力两年余,加重三个月”就诊。经糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制保守治疗后临床表现及实验室检查好转,病理活检显示肉芽肿组织消失,后因病变部位出现压缩性骨折行外科手术治疗。该病例提示糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺治疗成人多部位骨嗜酸性肉芽肿患者是可行的。
