Practice and exploration of project-driven cultivation of scientific research potential of medical innovative talents

  • 摘要:   目的  为解决当前医科人才培养中存在的问题,本研究旨在探索新医科创新人才科研潜质培养新路径,为培养新医科创新人才提供理论基础与实践经验。  方法  本研究以具体科研项目为驱动,通过搭建以导师牵头、研究生带队的创新型科研团队,以翻转课堂理念为指引,以学生关切的问题为导向,开展理论授课和实验培训,建立一体化、序贯化的医学人才培养模式,常态化、可持续的医学教育协作机制,项目化、个体化的医学科研创新模式,交互化、系统化的课程评价反馈系统及多元化、全面化的研究成果评价标准,从人才培养、科研创新、教学创新三层面量化评估实践效果。  结果  初步建成序贯高中生-本科生-研究生的一体化、长周期人才培养模式,全面增强学生的科研基本技能、积极性及参与度,提升学生的科研潜质及教师的教学水平,通过论文撰写、奖项评选、项目申报及成果转化等形式,在人才培养、科研创新及教学创新三方面初步取得积极成果。  结论  本研究提出的新医科创新人才培养模式以导师牵头、研究生带队的创新型科研及教学团队为基础,以建立跨高中-本科-研究生的序贯化培养体系为关键,以基于项目驱动的医学创新人才科研潜质培养为主要方法,为医学创新人才培养提供了新思路,同时对于我国新医科建设具有重要的实践意义及指导价值。
